Chautauqua Fund
By supporting the Chautauqua Fund you are helping to provide a place where issues of the day are explored and the arts continue to flourish.
Capital Support
Regularly the Institution seeks philanthropic support for the major renovation of existing structures and the construction of new program and residential facilities.
Gift Planning
Planned gifts are deferred contributions which you can make through your will, retirement plan, trust, or other life-income plan, to name but a few options.
Scholarships
It is rare that in the course of our everyday actions we have the unique opportunity to so directly shape the life of a young person and to help propel his or her artistic future. And yet, that is precisely what a scholarship gift does.
Appreciated Securities
You can donate shares of stocks or mutual funds to Chautauqua Institution or Chautauqua Foundation.
Monthly Giving
Monthly gifts provide Chautauqua with a consistent base of support that is essential to delivering the highest caliber programming.
Endowment/Naming
The key attributes of unspecified and other forms of endowment are permanence, in the form of resources secured and stewarded for the perpetual benefit of Chautauqua; predictability, that is, the one financial resource in the annual budgeting exercise that can be known in advance of the conduct of the program; and either flexibility or certainty.
Honorary/Memorial
Chautauqua welcomes gifts that celebrate relationships and our connections with others.
Program Sponsor
Without the philanthropic assistance provided by corporate sponsorships, Chautauqua would be unable to present the artistic and cultural programming that so enriches the quality of life in this region.
Honor Your Host
Did you discover Chautauqua through friends or family who invited you to experience this community as a guest in their home? If you would like to thank your host for their hospitality, please consider making a gift to the Chautauqua Fund in their honor.
Commemorative Bricks
Leave your mark on Chautauqua. Commemorative bricks are gifts to the Institution and have an immediate impact on innovations to the annual experience at Chautauqua, supporting the full range of programming and scholarships. Installation is slated to begin in the Fall.
Matching Gifts
A matching gift is a donation from the company you work for—or have retired from—to a charitable organization of your designation.
