Randolph Haluza-DeLay received his Ph.D. in Education from the University of Western Ontario. He is an Associate Professor of Sociology at The King’s University in Edmonton Alberta.  Author of 60 journal articles and book chapters, he has edited two books - How the World’s Religions Are Responding to Climate Change (Routledge, 2013), and Speaking for Ourselves: Environmental Justice in Canada (The University of British Columbia Press, 2009).

Dr. Haluza-DeLay has published research on topics such as political ecology, the Alberta oil sands, interfaith environmental activism, and social movements and education efforts for justice and sustainability.  He writes for Mennonite and Catholic periodicals, and loves to cycle, ski, and watch birds.
