Pete Lindblom
Peter Lindblom has been on staff with the Chautauqua Music Camps (CMC) since its inception in 199. He became Director of the CMC in 2004 and has worked tirelessly to promote this wonderful opportunity for young Chautauquans and residents.
As a young musician, Mr. Lindblom attended summer music programs at Chautauqua Institution, including the high school band camp and the Music School Festival Orchestra. He has served as Assistant Principal Trumpet with the Chautauqua Symphony Orchestra since 1992. He currently lives in Rochester, NY where he is Director of the Webster Schroeder School Wind Ensemble. From 1999-2016, Lindblom was a member of the trumpet faculty at SUNY Fredonia.
Mr. Lindblom holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music and a Master of Music degree from Arizona State University where he was teaching assistant.
