Donation Requests

Please use this form to request a donation from Chautauqua Institution, including the Athenaeum Hotel, the Chautauqua Golf Club, the Chautauqua Bookstore, or any other Chautauqua Institution-owned business. Donation requests are reviewed on a monthly basis, with priority given to organizations within Chautauqua County. In exceptional cases, donations may be granted to organizations outside of Chautauqua County.
