Chautauqua Theater Company and Barrington Stage Company have announced full casting for their co-world premiere production of tiny father, a new play by Mike Lew (Teenage Dick) and directed by Moritz von Stuelpnagel (Hand to God). The production will play from June 25 through July 22 at BSC’s St. Germain Stage at the Sydelle and Lee Blatt Performing Arts Center (36 Linden Street, Pittsfield, MA). Opening night is June 30, 2023.
Full casting has been revealed for the upcoming co-world premiere production of Mike Lew (Teenage Dick)’s tiny father, set to play June 25-July 22 at Barrington Stage Company in Massachusetts (opening night June 30) and August 4-17 at New York’s Chautauqua Theater Company. Chautauqua Institution is delighted to announce “On Impressions” by Lily Taylor as the winner of the 2023 Chautauqua Janus Prize. In another record-breaking year for submissions, Taylor’s “On Impressions” was selected by guest judge Michael Martone among nine finalists. Taylor will receive the $5,000 prize, plus a $2,000 travel and lodging stipend.
