In another record-breaking year for submissions, Taylor’s “On Impressions” was selected by guest judge Michael Martone among nine finalists. The Chautauqua County Legislature yesterday approved an investment of $1 million to continue research started in 2020 and sustained since then by investments of nearly $4 million from Chautauqua Institution.
