Washington, D.C. Office
Chautauqua’s strategic plan, 150 Forward, calls the Institution to “Expand Chautauqua’s convening authority year-round to broaden its impact beyond the summer assembly season.” As part of that effort, the Institution opened an office in the nation’s capital in 2018. Comprising offices for year-round Washington, D.C.-based staff and visiting staff from Chautauqua’s headquarters in Western New York, the space allows for convenings and interactions with leaders across Chautauqua’s pillars of the arts, education, religion and recreation. The office is located at 1150 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC 20036 in the vibrant Dupont Circle neighborhood.
