About Will
As project manager, Will oversees the planning and execution of critical projects — focusing on managing efficient timelines, building effective communication, and fostering a collaborative team environment. His strong background in managing complex projects and a passion for collaboration positions him well to lead mission-aligned initiatives that create meaningful impact for our community.
With over a decade of experience in leading time-sensitive, labor-based projects, he brings a wealth of experience in leadership, project planning, labor relations, and operational excellence. In previous roles he has worked on over 100 projects, ranging from enhancing team harmony and productivity, optimizing inventory management, refining customer service strategies, and boosting operational efficiency delivering customer satisfaction.
Originally from Falconer, Will transitioned from construction and labor relations to project management to focus on projects’ human benefits than just the deliverables. He is currently finishing his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in project management, as well as seeking his PMP certification.
