About Drake

I serve as project coordinator at Chautauqua, focusing on change management, and working with Team-360 to design and implement the new technology ecosystem. I manage user needs for new systems, create documentation and job aids and perform necessary system training. Prior to joining Chautauqua, I provided IT support to several factories regionally with SKF Bearings. Before that, I was responsible for manufacturing, maintenance and engineering support at Tesla, and performed onboarding, orientation, and training functions at Amazon.
