Office of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA)

The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) office provides strategic and operational leadership for the IDEA Plan and Roadmap, which articulates objectives, strategies and tactics aligned with the same named, cross-cutting initiative in Chautauqua Institutions strategic plan, 150 Forward. This plan calls for the Institution to create the conditions in which everyone feels that they can engage as full and valued participants in the Chautauqua experience.
