About Chris

My current title at Chautauqua is security officer. I have been working in the security field for quite some time, so coming here made sense. I patrol the grounds usually during the day shift. I enjoy working outside and seeing patrons from the area here at the Institution. I am also currently volunteering with the Frewsburg Volunteer Fire Department (VFD).

Before coming to work here, I was as a security guard for various sites around the county. I’ve also worked at the Cummins Factory here in Asheville, New York and was heavily involved with Volunteer Fire Departments around the county. I served as Chief of Falconer VFD for approximately two years.

Why did you choose to work at Chautauqua? What do you like about working at Chautauqua?

Billy (Leone) and I share mutual friends, and they suggested I come work here. I love working Chautauqua because I enjoy being outdoors.
