How do I find events?

VIEW ALL OF TODAY'S EVENTS

Register for events on a specific platform ahead of time and/or save them to your own event list. To view all of our events in one place you can use our website calendar or use the links below. Nearly all events will be available on demand upon completion. (In some cases it may take a day or two for the recordings to be available.)

Where do I download the app?

You can view CHQ Assembly Video Platform through native apps available for free the App Store and Google Play on mobile, and on Roku, Apple TV, Fire TV and/or Android TV on your smart TV device: Simply search "Chautauqua Assembly" on any of these platforms. Please note the Chautauqua Assembly app is tied exclusively to CHQ Assembly Video Platform content; it cannot be used to view or engage with Virtual Porch content.

How to I register for youth programs?

They're found in the catalog on learn.chq.org. Follow this direct link.

I'm having trouble logging in or finding a program or class.

If the FAQ and help sections on our individual platforms are not providing you the information you need, you may call or email our Ticket Office support staff (they're the superheros of answering questions!). Hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Contact ticketoffice@chq.org or call 716-357-6250.

Are these online properties secure?

We have invested in a secure single sign-on (SSO) environment for the Virtual Porch and Online Classroom for ease of use and to protect your information and identity. In addition, our third-party partners and digital providers are best-in-breed organizations that practice the latest internet and e-commerce security protocols.

If I gift someone a subscription to the CHQ Assembly Video Platform, will my credit card continue to be stored and charged for that purchase?

The credit card of a “gifter” is charged only with the initial transaction. At the end of the gift period, the recipient of the gift is notified to enter their credit card information in order to continue the subscription. If they do not renew the subscription, the account will expire with no additional charges to either party.
