Curbside Pickup:
Curbside ordering is available online or by calling 716-357-5005. To access the hotel, please enter Chautauqua through the Main Gate and see the attendant. Proceed to the hotel via Janes Ave and park in designated curbside parking, alert Heirloom of your arrival by calling 716-357-5005, and let the operator know how you would like your order loaded in your vehicle. Heirloom Restaurant is committed to minimizing contact during pickup to protect guest and staff safety.

 

Pickup:
Pickup is available at the counter on Janes Ave. For your safety we encourage you to place your order online or by calling ahead at 716-357-5005. Check the whiteboard on Janes Avenue when you arrive to see if your order is ready before approaching the desk. If you are coming from outside of the Chautauqua Grounds please use the Main Gate Entrance and access the hotel via Janes Avenue.
