This one person show features Erika Diamond’s hand woven alpaca tapestries depicting emergency instruction scenarios from first aid manuals and airline safety cards. Diamond uses these symbols to question notions about physical interaction, danger and control. Capturing a momentary yet epic event, they speak of our innate compulsion to survive as well as our compassion for others, and convey how we might rescue each other.
