“Pink Martini is a rollicking around-the-world musical adventure… if the United Nations had a house band in 1962, hopefully we’d be that band.”
– Thomas Lauderdale, bandleader/pianist

Pink Martini returns to Chautauqua to start our summer with music that draws from big band, classical, jazz and old-fashioned pop. This celebrated ensemble has released 11 studio albums on its independent label Heinz Records (named after Lauderdale’s dog), selling over 3 million albums worldwide.

Television appearances include ”The Late Show with David Letterman,” “Late Night with Conan O’Brien,” “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” “Later with Jools Holland,” and a feature on "CBS Sunday Morning.” Singer Storm Large has become a star in popular and classical worlds, heralded as “sensational,” by The New York Times. Start your summer with some Storm and sizzle!
